All events are held in the Willow Community Center (WCC), the WCC Parking Lot or the Old Community Center (OCC) located adjacent to the WCC.

ALL DAY - Registration for Gear Swap/Vendor Fair/Hands-On Seminars/Symposium/Fundraising Dinner-Live & Silent Auction-Film
inside WCC starting at 9:00am

ALL DAY - Gear Swap - bring your unwanted dog gear and other miscellaneous items to sale, but please NO live animals for sale or
trade. Bring photos and pedigrees instead.  Gear Swap will take place in parking lot near Old Community Center next to WCC starting
at 10am until ???

10:00am – 6:15pm – Vendor Faircome and check out a variety of vendors.  Not all vendors are “doggie” related, so stop by and take
a peek.  The indoor vendor fair is open to the public free of charge from 10am until 1pm, then after 1pm you either need to pay
symposium fees to enter or catch the booths during presentation breaks.

10:00am – 12:15pm – NEW! Hands-On Seminar Topics Offered TWICE – Choose from one of the six Hands-On Seminars to learn
more about:  How to Use a GPS- Vic Stanculescu, K9 Massage & Acupressure – Susan Whiton, DVM, Dirt Dogs: Training Without
Snow  -Anchorage Skijor Club, Extreme Weather Outdoor Survival – Kent Kantowski, John Wilber & Debbie Moderow, Weight Pull – AK
K9 with Judy Carrick, Nose Work – Claudia Sihler.  These events will take place in different areas at the WCC – see locations posted at
registration table and WCC foyer.  (Note:  Weight Pull & Nose Work demo will only be offered once; Dave Korpi will repeat
demonstrations of releasing a trap should your dog get caught!)


1:00pm- 2:00pm - Official Start of Sled-Dog Mini Symposium & Mushing History Conference, Keynote Speaker, Mary Shields in WCC
